When is my card charged?

Most hotels have a 48 hour cancellation policy and do not charge in advance. HOWEVER with some major events (like the Daytona 500) hotels will charge anything from the first night's stay to the full stay in advance. We try to sell only rates that have a fair deposit policy and the details of your hotel's policy will be clearly shown on your checkout page. 

What if i need more than one room?

Great! You may actually add multiple rooms to your booking - and as always we're online with live chat so we can help. Or call us at 855-677-6700 and we're happy to book you. We do recommend you search our hotels before calling so you can help us identify your prefered  hotel.

What if we will arrive at the hotel really late?

All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Should you plan to arrive after midnight please call the hotel's front desk and let them know your planned arrival time so they don't consider you a 'no show'. 

Do you take AAA - AARP or offer Military discounts?

Yes! If we have rates available for those discount programs they are shown on the hotel details page. Hotels will require the ID at check in so be sure to bring that along! 

How does the shuttle work?

Our partners at Rally offer 'crowd powered' shuttle from select hotels and locations.  Busses pick up at the time/location shown and take you to the track. Where they park is where you will return after the race.
